If you or your business has employees, aside from registering with the SSS and PhilHealth, you also have to register with the Pag-IBIG Fund or the Home Development Mutual Fund (HDMF) office. The following are the procedures and requirements on how to register your business as an employer with the Pag-IBIG Fund in the Philippines:

List of requirements for business (employer) registration with the Pag-IBIG

1. Employer’s Data Form
2. Specimen Signature Form
3. Valid ID
4. SSS Certification (if already registered with SSS)
5. Certified True Copy of Proof of Business Existence

a. For Sole Proprietorship

- Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) Certificate of Registration
- Business Permit/Mayor’s Permit

b. For Partnership/Corporation/Foreign-Owned Corporation
- Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC)
Certificate of Partnership/Incorporation
- Approved Articles of Partnership/Incorporation and By-Laws
- Business Permit/Mayor’s Permit

c. For Cooperative
- Cooperative Development Authority (CDA) Certificate
- Approved Articles of Cooperation
- Business Permit/Mayor’s Permit

d. For Trade Association
- Securities and Exchange Commission Certificate of Incorporation
- Articles of Incorporation and By-Laws
- Business Permit/Mayor’s Permit

Note: For employer with Authorized representative, a valid ID of authorized representative and a letter of authority should also be presented upon registration.


Steps for business (employer) registration with the Pag-IBIG

Step 1


  • Go to the nearest Pag-IBIG NCR/Regional Branch or any extension/service office/field service center.
  • For NCR/Regional Branch, proceed to the marketing and Enforcement Division servicing counter. For extension/service office/field service center, proceed to the information counter.


Note: If verified as registered and membership record is updated, end of transaction. If not, proceed to step 2.

Step 2

  • Secure Employer’s Data Form (EDF, 2 copies).
  • Accomplish and submit duly accomplished EDF together with required supporting documents.


The Pag-IBIG Employer ID Number shall be issued as soon as available.

When using the online registration system, the following are the required information that must be provided:

A. Business Name (Per DTI/SEC Registration)
B. Branch Name (if applicable)
C. Business Address
D. Business E-mail Address
E. Employer Classification
F. Start Date of Business Operation
G. Nature of Business
H. At least one (1) Contact Information
I. At least one(1) Authorized Signatory with designation
